Uploading documents or importing an index, classifying them by workstream and running AI reviews.

On a matter with an Index basis, you work from an index of the seller's data room rather than the documents themselves.

An AI review reads a document against a set of checks and proposes issues for a person to accept, edit or dismiss.

On a matter with a Documents basis, the Documents page holds every file the team is reviewing.
